What we collect
In the contact form you submit a name, email, company name, phone number, the process and team size you pick from the lists, and the text of your message. Only name, email and message are required. To limit abuse of the form we also process your IP address briefly; it is not stored. If you have consented to analytics, we also receive visit statistics.
Why we process it
We use the form data to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering a contract. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep form enquiries for up to 24 months after the last contact. If you become a client, the data moves into the contract records and is kept in line with accounting requirements.
Who we share it with
We use Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) for email delivery, Vercel for hosting, and Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics and VisiaQ for visit statistics. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
Cookies the site needs to work are always on. Analytics loads only with the consent we ask for in a banner on your first visit; until then we measure nothing. Your choice is kept in your own browser, in an entry called flowin-consent rather than in a cookie, and it never reaches us. You can change or withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate. Write to hello@flowin.lv and we will reply within one month.
