VisiaQ is an AI visibility platform. You give it a website address; it checks what AI systems can find and understand about the company behind it.
More buyers now start with a question to an assistant than with a search box. If a company is missing from that answer, or described wrongly, nobody notices, and there has been nowhere to check. VisiaQ answers with a score, the evidence behind it and the order to work through.
What Flowin built
This was not a website project. Flowin built the product: the positioning and the brand, the user experience, the analysis engine, the reporting system and the environment it all runs in.
The analysis engine
The engine is Flowin's own. It checks whether the information that matters is there at all, whether it is structured well enough to be read, and whether there is enough context for the company to be interpreted correctly.
Every finding arrives with its evidence — where it shows and why it counts — and one specific fix, ordered by impact so the first move is never in doubt.
Reports
Each report is generated for the site in front of it. It is not a template with the blanks filled in: the score, the findings and the fixes come from what is actually there.
It asks nothing of the reader about indexing or language models: what was found, what moves the number, what to do next. The report opens in the browser, and a copy goes out by email.
Architecture
The application runs on Vercel, part of the server-side work and the email path go through AWS, data sits in Neon, and OpenAI integrations handle the model calls.
The system is modular: a new check, a new market or a new kind of report can be added without touching the rest of it. That was a condition of the design, not a retrofit.
Result
From one address, a company gets a score, sees where its information falls short and knows what to do first. A question that could only be guessed at is now something to measure — and to improve on a schedule.
